Mirages
This play by dISPAr - Grupo de Teatro do ISPA [ISPA's Theatre Group], will be performed on 17 May at 7pm in the Cantina Velha Auditorium in Cidade Universitária as part of FATAL.
Synopsis: Is reality real than fiction? Or does the latter surpass the former?
Is life a stage on which we act? And will a stage grant us a true life? Can the absurd and poetry coexist? Etymologically, theatre is the ‘place where you see’. In this place, characters wander around “like they’re dreaming”. They seek answers for the drama of their existence. Or are they questions? Signs? Clues? Messages? Symblols? Not so… Nothing. Sometimes nothing. Thinking nothing. Have you ever been in a desert before? Deserts grow.
