ULisboa has been a signatory to the since 2024. It also participates in working groups of the , which acts as a platform that contextualises and promotes the commitments of the , encouraging debate on the reform of research assessment in the national context, liaising with ongoing initiatives and promoting wider adherence to the Agreement and CoARA by Portuguese institutions.
