Partnerships
At ULisboa, we connect with those who want to make things happen, in Portugal and around the world, to take knowledge and its impact on society further.
At ULisboa, we believe that impact comes from collaboration. That is why we come together to build strategic International Cooperation partnerships, participate in National and International Networks, and develop collaborative research projects that cross borders and disciplines.
We connect with universities, science centres and companies all over the world, from Europe to Brazil, from China to the Middle East and the PALOP countries, to attract talent, share knowledge and open up new possibilities for students, researchers and technical teams.
With our Colleges and Interdisciplinary Thematic Networks, we also create specific partnerships to pursue their activities. Because together, we always go further.

They aim to achieve economic growth with job creation in a knowledge-based economy.

Lisbon Living + brings together various institutions from the Lisbon and Évora region, including companies, universities, public and private healthcare providers, research centres, social solidarity institutions and representatives of local government, with the aim of contributing to the transfer and enhancement of knowledge to promote healthy living and active ageing.
Also in the area of Health, ULisboa is part of the (HCP), which currently brings together more than 180 Associates, including R&D institutions, universities, hospitals, civil society organisations and companies in the areas of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, medical technologies and services.
The HCP and its Associates develop innovative projects in areas such as translational and clinical research, active and healthy ageing, health tourism and eHealth, with a view to transforming knowledge into new solutions that contribute to improving human health and well-being.
