Inov@U launches Communities of Practice

The Lisbon Centre of Excellence for Pedagogical Innovation promotes an effective strategy for the development of good pedagogical practices.

Through the discussion they promote and by reflecting about possible solutions for certain problems, Communities of Practice are a valuable asset for the improvement of the quality of teaching and, consequently, for students' academic success.

Betting on its potential, launches Communities of Practice, opening its doors to the contribution teachers and researchers from partner institutions. At set intervals, Community of Practice members will meet to discuss a specific pedagogical strategy to achieve more significant results in student learning and a greater effectiveness in the implementation of pedagogical strategies.

Applications are permanently open, allowing new members to join the community of practice at any time, enriching and bolstering it with their experience.

The Communities of Practice in , , ,  and  will be the first in a vast array of Comunities of Practice that we hope to see extended via dynamic and constructive approaches. Any one of them will be an excellent opportunity to identify common interests and to take the first steps of this collaborative learning process together.
