Mini-Symposium - Network AGRO “From fine wines to bulk chemicals: impacts of yeast research and bio-based economy"
This mini-symposium follows the International Conference PYFF6 - 6th Conference on Physiology of Yeasts and Filamentous Fungi, scheduled of 11th to 14th of July 14, 2016, at Técnico Lisboa (IST), ULisboa.
The current challenges of the wine and beer industries, as well as the production of biofuels and other chemical compounds derived from oil from renewable raw materials, mostly from the conversion and utilization of agricultural residues, agro-food industries and vegetable biomass will be the issues presented and debated, towards a biotechnology-based economy.
