Such support involves both organizing and participating in various initiatives, including:

Reception, humanitarian and logistical support to the academic community (help.ukraine@ulisboa.pt):
- Support to university students is channeled through the ; such support may include admission to undergraduate/bachelor, master’s and doctoral degree courses.
- Support offered to employees of higher education institutions may include integration in teaching, research or administrative activities.

Humanitarian support to displaced populations:
- ULisboa is one of the participants in the collaborative response provided by the task force, organized by the Municipality of Lisbon;
- ULisboa is collecting essentials, as part of the (18 Schools, 18 Solidarities) initiative;
- ULisboa is organizing a fundraising cycle of Solidarity Concerts.
