Students who are unable to apply for a student card through the online process can do so in person at the Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD) stands.

Online
Once you have completed your registration process in your school's FenixEdu academic system, you will be redirected to the site. If you prefer, you can access it later by going to the myFenix > Personal Info > Identification Card > Send Data.
Notes:
- To submit the request, you need an active Digital Mobile Key.
- You must authorise FenixEdu to share data with CGD (myFenix > Personal Info > Consents > Authorize).
In person
You can go to a branch or a service desk (available at the ULisboa Main Building and ULisboa Schools).
There, you will immediately receive a temporary ID card.
